Happy New Year to all!

Spirit - wish everyone a very Happy New Year - the two cats, being cats, are inside the house today - and not going out until it's a whole lot warmer than -30 C which is what it is with the windchill right now...

We all hope that 2014 is a great year for the environment - that some changes and progress will be made towards climate change and that the birds and squirrels that are now frequenting our backyard enjoy all the seeds and nuts that get put out for them everyday... ooops the dogs say not so much the squirrels.

In any case, may it be a good year for all, with dreams coming true and lots of laughter all round.
