Hitching a ride?

In my pottery classes recently I was inspired to make a turtle for the pond... it was fun to do and quite simple.

The turtle is about the size of a small snapper I guess, or a large, quite large painted turtle. In any case, the other morning when I went to feed the fishes, I noticed that the turtle had a hitch hiker on board.

Another silly way to start my day. I laughed over this picture for a long time. The frog looks a little glum at not being transported anywhere I think, but frogs can look pretty dour, don't you think?
