It's surely approaching fall

There is no other signal quite as strong that seasons are changing as watching Nature's creatures. It was not only a signal for me that fall is approaching, but also an early morning's amusement to see the blue jay in this video - cocking his head to see if I was paying attention, then gobbling every seed within his reach.

Having to sneak my camera from my seat at my computer makes catching totally clear images not quite so easy... but I did want to share. Don't forget to turn your sound up for the videos. Usually there's lots of bird conversation that we can overhear.
