Nature and all inhabitants of this world are the subjects of this blog. Often it's about pets, but it's also about everything in the natural world. Hope you enjoy it.

Merry Christmas
May you each enjoy the warmth and joy of the best Christmas ever!
I am late to the party but I hope you had a wonderful Christmas my friend. Thank you for the wonderful comments you left on my blog this weekend, it meant the world to me. I am lucky that you found my blog and I in turn found yours!
Barbara: I see your comments daily on Steve Creek's site. I loved your comments on his Potato Hill photo on Sun where you mentioned your military range for training. My son deployed to Afghanistan this past year for a few months (home safely mow). The base he was on was run by Canadian military and he loved the experience that brought. He had only been on US bases before. He was even impressed that the priest for Mass was from Canada. I appreciate all your country does to help bring World Peace. I am Maria Rosa on Steve's site.
Thank you so much Maria Rosa - I often read your comments as well. I am so happy for you that your son is at home now - I have a cousin, a doctor in England's Royal Navy who has been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan and also to the Mediterranean near where there is trouble between Israel and Palestine. I worry. It is so important - trying to bring peace to the world, (thank you for your kind words about Canada), but it is so hard on the families who send these brave troops... My heart is with you Maria Rosa. I hope your son is home for good!
Merry Christmas Barbara!
